Shipping Information

Shipping terms apply to the continental United States and Canadian based customers. Shipping is by UPS ground unless other requested. Shipping charges are calculated for item purchased at time of purchase. Items in stock typically ship same day during Mon - Fri normal business hours. Other shipping rules:

  • Shipping address must be a business or residence. P.O. Box orders not accepted.
  • Customers in Alaska and Hawaii must contact TouchPOS for shipping rates and terms.
  • Orders refused or undeliverable will be charged the greater of $30 or the cost of shipping and return.

Returns Information

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by TouchPOS and are subject to shipping charges and a restocking charge. Unless otherwise noted in the product description, all merchandise can be returned assuming it includes all original packaging, cables, manuals, accessories, warranties, etc. included in the original shipment and that is is still in factory fresh condition.

Merchandise that is Dead on Arrival (DOA) will not be assessed a restocking or return shipping charges but is still subject to other terms stated above.
