Warranties on equipment sold through TouchPOS are based on the manufacturer's warranty. Each manufacturer has different terms. Warranty information may be included in the product description, or can be accessed from the manufacturer's site.
TouchPOS will assist customers with instructions on how to return equipment in the event that the equipment is defective. Please call our customer service at 630-636-4000 for assistance. Returns for reasons other than defective equipment is subject to shipping cost charges and a 10% restocking fee.
